ETERFRAME Shipping Policy (United States Focus)

This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

Delays Due to Holidays and High Demand

Due to high demand during peak periods (such as Christmas, Black Friday, and other major holidays), orders may experience additional delays of 3 to 5 business days in processing and/or delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Shipping Times

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

  • United States: 5 to 10 business days
  • Canada / Europe: 5 to 10 business days
  • Latin America / Asia / Oceania: 7 to 12 business days
  • Africa and remote areas: up to 12 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on destination and external factors.

Order Tracking

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Lost Packages

If an order is confirmed as lost, ETERFRAME will:

  • Reship the item at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund

Refused or Unclaimed Orders

Orders that are refused or unclaimed will only be reshipped after the customer pays the new shipping costs.
